*How you’ll contribute:*
An*RN – Quality Analyst – PRN*who excels in this role:**
· Monitors, communicates, performs data entry of core measure indicators and any new measures that are added for regulatory compliance.
· Provides staff/physician education related to core measure indicator compliance.
· Performs quality assurance studies and assists with implementation of QA/QI initiatives.
· Maintains and monitors COMET and Quality NET systems
· Collaborates with QRM Director in maintaining knowledge of regulatory compliance.
· Participates in quality improvement activities of the organization and department.
· Serves as backup to the discharge advocate and maintains the on-line Health Stream activities for all staff and monitors employee compliance.
