A Registered Nurse who excels in this role:

* Provides direct patient care to patients in a clinic outpatient setting using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.

*What we’re looking for*Applicants should be Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of VA, or have Compact Licensure as a Registered Nurse which includes the Commonwealth of VA, and is in good standing with the board.
Additional requirements include:
* Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.
* Demonstrated knowledge of ICD-9, ICD-10, CPT Codes, insurance benefits and healthcare backgrounds.
* Proficiency in electronic medical recoards order entry and other clinical systems.
* Significant working knowledge of computers, telephones, copier and fax machines.
* eCW and Meditech experience preferred.
