Working in our small case management office means being part of a close-knit team where your voice truly matters. You’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful connections with patients while collaborating daily with supportive coworkers. Our department environment is both professional and welcoming, offering the chance to grow your skills while making a real impact on patients’ lives.Typically, one Holiday a year. We only take call on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
*How you’ll contribute*
A RN – Case Manager who excels in this role:
* Monitors and manages patient care to promote continuity of care, optimal patient outcomes, patient satisfaction, cost efficiency, and compliance.
* Has knowledge of federal and state guidelines regarding CMS/Medicare/Medicaid and other types of reimbursement.

*What we’re looking for*Applicants should be a Licensed Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of VA, or Compact licensure which includes the Commonwealth of VA, and in good standing with the board.
* Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.
* BSN preferred.
* Proficiency in use of computer and entering/collecting data, retrieval, analysis, and reporting.
* Knowledge of coding guidelines.
