*How you’ll contribute*
*An Oncology Case Manager (RN) who excels in this role will:*
· Work with internal and external resources to plan, set up and coordinate oncology patient treatment plans.
· Identify and resolve issues affecting the delivery of clinical services for oncology patients
· Serve as a resource to staff and external contacts on issues related to oncology patient care, patient flow and clinical standards, policies, and procedures
· Design, evaluate, and recommend program and policy development
· Develop and maintain relationships with community referral resources as needed**

*What we’re looking for…*
**
Applicants should have a state of Michigan RN license and possess an associate degree from an accredited nursing school (bachelor’s degree preferred). Five (5) years of nursing experience is required. /Five (5) years of oncology experience is preferred./
Additional requirements include:
· Basic Life SupportHealth Care Provider (BLS-HCP)
· Oncology Nursing Certification within 5 years of taking the position
