A Nurse Practitioner (NP) who excels in this role:Provides primary or acute healthcare services for certain acute or chronic health conditions in specific populations in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice under the supervision of an assigned physician.

*What we’re looking for* Applicants should have a current state Nurse Practitioner license. Additional requirements include:
· Basic Life Support certification is required within 60 days of hire.
· Athena and Meditech experience preferred
· Previous experience in community health setting preferred.
· Must possess Controlled Substance Registration Certificate by the Dept of Justice Drug Enforcement Administration prior to first day of seeing patients.
