Overview

Under the general supervision of the CNO, and according to established policies and procedures, the Staff Education Manager oversees the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of educational and professional development programs for employees across the organization. This role ensures staff are properly trained to meet regulatory requirements, deliver safe and effective care, and support organizational goals. The Staff Education Manager partners with leaders to assess training needs, develop learning strategies, and foster a culture of continuous growth and development.

*Minimum Education*
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Education, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license

Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare, with at least 2 years in education, training, or leadership.

Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and competency-based education.

Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and educational technology preferred.
