We are housed in a brand new outpatient gym where our rehab team is committed to community outreach including hosting a monthly stroke support group. We offer one-on-one patient interactions, a strong team culture, rotating weekends, and opportunities for growth and development. We balance new techniques and specialties including dry needling, certified hand therapy, and FEES, with a personalized, community-focused approach to healthcare.**
*How you’ll contribute*
A Director (PT) who excels in this role:
· Supervise the rehab services lines (inpatient/outpatient)
· Possess administrative skills
· Demonstration of rehab evaluation techniques, planning skills, treatment procedures and documentation required
· Familiar with all aspects of rehab concepts, practices, procedures and fitness training

*What we’re looking for:*Applicants should have a Masters Degree and current VA or compact PT license. Additional requirements include:
· Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.
· 2 years of leadership experience
· 2 years of treatment experience
