PortagePointe is a beautiful Eden Alternative home for 60 Elders from our community. There are 5 different homes where staff have the opportunity to positively impact the lives of Elders through engaging in daily care, eating with elders, walking in the beautiful garden, and participating in activities in and outside our homes.

A Dental Hygienist – PortagePointewho excels in this role:
• Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
• Demonstrates proficiency in verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels; both internal and external
*What we’re looking for *
Applicants should have a minimum of an associate’s degree in dental hygiene and be a registered dental hygienist in the state. Additional requirements include:
* Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) required
* Annual Influenza Vaccination or Declination Required
