*How you will contribute*
· Maintains an adequate inventory of supplies and equipment.
· Cleans and disinfects all fiber optic endoscopes and accessory equipment. Prepare equipment for processing and sterilization as assigned.
· Cleans and prepares procedure rooms in between patients and sets up appropriate equipment for the next procedure.
· Receives and processes specimens for delivery to the lab.
· Provide support to physicians and nurses during procedures.
· Assesses equipment functioning and performance, notifies appropriate person of any defects/damage, and prepares equipment which needs to be sent out for repair.
· Assists with preparing, transporting, positioning, and transfers of patients as needed.
· Actively participates and ensures room turnovers are efficient and timely.

*What we’re looking for*
**
Applicants should have successfully completed a Certified Surgical Technology Program/*or*/LPN/LVN program and have a valid Michigan LPN license. One year (1) year of related experience is preferred but not required.
Additional requirements include:
· Basic Life SupportHealth Care Provider (BLS-HCP)
