*How you will contribute*
A Patient Representative who excels in this role:
-Verify insurance benefits, eligibility, and obtain insurance authorizations when necessary.
-Collect deposits, co-pays, and deductibles.
-Provides quality customer service to patients and performs those functions delegated and assigned by the Office Manager.
-Committed to demonstrating the following behaviors that show that the healthcare team at Twin County Regional Healthcare CARES about our patients/families/physicians and each other.

*What we are looking for:*
High school diploma, GED or equivalent required.
Medical terminology experience recommended.
Proficient in use of software programs.
Excellent customer service and telephone skills are a must.
